Heidi Bianchi
CEO and Founder
As a corporate event planner, Heidi led the planning, management, and execution of corporate and client events, encompassing a wide range of locations, scales and scope.
As Director of Events at Silicon Valley Bank, Heidi executed events for the C-Suite and internal conferences for over 1500 people, all while leading a nationwide team of 13 event managers, in addition to hundreds of administrative partners, in the evolution from live to digital and hybrid events.

VP of Event Strategy and Operations
Berenice has extensive experience in marketing, branding, and event management. Having worked with a diverse range of clients, including financial institutions, technology companies, and public organizations, she is passionate about creating exceptional, impactful attendee experiences by leveraging visual elements and immersive environments that cultivate brand affinity and drive deep engagement.
Equally committed to her clients’ success, Berenice finds tremendous joy in supporting her clients with customer acquisition and in deeply understanding their products, helping them connect with their audiences in meaningful ways.

Suzanne is a seasoned hospitality professional with extensive experience in onsite client relations and guest services. As Director of Event Hospitality at The Bridge Event Agency, she is known for her attention to detail, dedication, and innovative approach to creating exceptional guest experiences.

Her passion for hospitality extends beyond her professional work, including leading school hospitality programs as a volunteer. Suzanne brings a warm, service-focused approach and a talent for creating positive, memorable experiences for every guest.
Tracy Lee
Senior Event Operations
A Bridge powerhouse, Tracy combines writing and editing prowess with expertise in process improvement, change management, and operational efficiency. Honed over two decades at Google, she adeptly navigated roles in sales, customer service, vendor management, program management, and HR. Off the clock, find her juggling Tahoe life with two teens, seeking solace in the rhythm of kickboxing, and enjoying uproarious Schitt's Creek reruns.
Delfina Bianchi
Event Specialist
Delfina supports multi-day events by traveling to destinations near and far to ensure flawless on-site execution. She coordinates logistics, assists with guest transportation, and works closely with event teams to handle schedules and on-the-ground details. Her calm presence and can-do attitude help deliver a seamless experience for every guest from start to finish.
