Heidi Bianchi

CEO and Founder


As a seasoned expert in event management, Heidi is passionate about crafting meaningful experiences – and helping foster the creativity and discipline in others that’s required to execute flawlessly. After spending decades in both the event planning and event production spaces, Heidi saw an opportunity. The kind of training required to set event professionals up for success wasn’t as readily available as it should be. She knew that she could use her unique lens on event planning, having been hands-on and on all sides of the table for years, to educate the next generation of event planners in a meaningful way. 



As a corporate event planner, Heidi led the planning, management, and execution of corporate and client events, encompassing a wide range of locations, scales and scope. As Director of Events at Silicon Valley Bank, Heidi executed events for the C-Suite and internal conferences for over 1500 people, all while leading a nationwide team of 13 event managers, in addition to hundreds of administrative partners, in the evolution from live to digital and hybrid events.


Earlier in her career, Heidi was an event vendor at a full-service event rental production company. There, she did it all. Everything from plant rentals for weddings to full event production for 10,000 person multi-day events, while simultaneously managing a team of planners.



Heidi is skilled at navigating corporate structures to execute on world-class events, and is a seasoned manager who has trained and mentored countless employees and colleagues over the course of her career. As the CEO and Founder of The Bridge Event Agency, Heidi is channeling her expertise into an environment where future and experienced corporate planners alike can develop event planning and management skills, understand the industry more deeply, and connect with peers and experts to grow their network and further their own careers.
