Heidi Bianchi

CEO and Founder

As a corporate event planner, Heidi led the planning, management, and execution of corporate and client events, encompassing a wide range of locations, scales and scope. As Director of Events at Silicon Valley Bank, Heidi executed events for the C-Suite and internal conferences for over 1500 people, all while leading a nationwide team of 13 event managers, in addition to hundreds of administrative partners, in the evolution from live to digital and hybrid events.

Kyla Alexandre

Assistant Event Coordinator / Marketing

Meet Kyla, a multi-talented professional weaving her skill set through events, marketing, and sustainable tourism. Armed with a Bachelor's Degree in Recreation and Leisure Studies and a Minor in Event Management from California State University, Long Beach, Kyla is passionate about crafting memorable experiences. Currently, Kyla wears multiple hats—she's the creative force behind The Bridge's marketing and assistant to Heidi. Kyla's commitment to sustainability extends into her pursuit of a Master's degree in Sustainable Tourism from Arizona State University, driven by a passion for making a positive impact on the event industry and the world. Beyond her professional pursuits, Kyla finds joy in the simple pleasures of life. In her free time, she immerses herself in books, explores textile crafts, bakes creations, and takes leisurely walks with her furry companion.

Alexandra MacDonald

Senior Event Producer

Alexandra is a corporate event professional with ten years of experience bringing together various types of groups for highly-curated and seamlessly executed events. Alex spent over eight years at Silicon Valley Bank, working under Heidi, where she partnered with VC and startup-focused teams to produce conferences, summits, networking events, panels, hospitality events, virtual events, wine-centric events, and beyond to help foster connections throughout the innovation economy. She is thrilled to be able to continue partnering with Heidi to create impactful experiences that build the relationships fueling the core of the tech ecosystem. Alex holds a BA in Communications for Loyola Marymount University.

Suzanne Lertora

Director of Event Hospitality

Suzanne is a seasoned hospitality professional. With a rich background in onsite client relations, she brings a wealth of experience to her role as the Director of Event Hospitality.

Her commitment to creating exceptional guest experiences extends beyond the professional realm, as she has dedicated her time as a volunteer at her children's school, where she spearheaded school hospitality programs. This passion for fostering positive connections and providing top-notch service has made her a respected figure in both her professional and personal communities.

 

Currently at the helm of onsite guest relations at the Bridge Event Agency, Suzanne is known for her meticulous attention to detail, unwavering dedication, and innovative approach to hospitality management.

Berenice Lai

VP of Event Strategy and Operations

Berenice has extensive experience in marketing, branding, and event management. Having worked with a diverse range of clients, including financial institutions, technology companies, and public organizations, she is passionate about creating exceptional, impactful attendee experiences by leveraging visual elements and immersive environments that cultivate brand affinity and drive deep engagement.

 

Equally committed to her clients’ success, Berenice finds tremendous joy in supporting her clients with customer acquisition and in deeply understanding their products, helping them connect with their audiences in meaningful ways.

Megan Gross

Senior Event Producer

Megan Gross, an adventurous event planner based in the San Francisco Bay Area, blends her refined aesthetic from diverse cities like San Francisco, Las Vegas, and Paris. With an impressive portfolio, including collaborations with companies like Mastercard and celebrities like The Rolling Stones, she creates unique and elevated experiences. As the Creative Director at The Bon Soir, Megan specializes in crafting intimate dinners and high-impact events, showcasing her creativity, sophisticated taste, and exceptional attention to detail.

Tracy Lee

Senior Event Operations

A Bridge powerhouse, Tracy combines writing and editing prowess with expertise in process improvement, change management, and operational efficiency. Honed over two decades at Google, she adeptly navigated roles in sales, customer service, vendor management, program management, and HR. Off the clock, find her juggling Tahoe life with two teens, seeking solace in the rhythm of kickboxing, and enjoying uproarious Schitt's Creek reruns.

JAKE WOLSKI, ACCOUNT EXECUTIVE

Jake is a hotel broker for domestic and international corporate events at Independent Hotel Group. He leads a team of meeting professionals in sourcing and securing event space anywhere in the world, all within 48 hours of client contact. Specializing in contract negotiations, Jake not only assists clients in discovering the best properties, but also ensures that every contract signed contains the best possible rates, concessions and fiscal clauses. This is possible due to the extensive and invaluable hotel network Independent Hotel Group has curated over the past twenty years. Most importantly, Jake is a free resource to our planners.
